Next to the Smitcoms building the offices of Windward Roads are located. This office realized in the late nineties is still the home office for the company and her personnel. From here the new infra structural plans for St Maarten are developed.

After more then 10 years of planning and preparations the Telem Group has finally their new Warehouse and Office building located near the Telem Ground station.
All activities combined at 1 location to provide the best product to their clients and to provide the best surroundings for personnel to do their specific jobs.
Supervisory board, Managing Directors, Managers and personnel have their new Telem buildings as a combined effort to provide St Maarten with their best quality products.

GEBE Distribution Building situated at the salt pond is the office of the technical department of GEBE. In this building all the new developments are watched and plans adopted and executed to provide and maintain water and power distribution.
