The Sint Rose Arcade located in Frontstreet. Together with the realization of the Board Walk, Sint Rose Arcade was one of the first projects which was standing at the beginning of the re-development of Philipsburg sea side. Captain Hodge Pier after a thorough restructuring this building contains various businesses who welcome our tourist at the Pier in Philipsburg. On top of the building there is a police watch area created to watch over the Board Walk and its guests.

The Antek building located at the Belair district is one of the examples how a modern design fits in its existing surroundings. The high tech building at the Belair roundabout houses the Island well known Antek it solutions & software company and  BZSE Attorneys at Law / Tax Lawyers.

Warehouse space is always needed at various locations on Sint Maarten. In this case in Cole Bay close to the new roundabout Liccom realized this new warehouse complex consists out of 3 buildings on a 3 level foundation following the shape of the property.

Shopping in style is created in Simpson Bay close to the entrance road to Pelican. This building has at ground floor level a super market. The second level is programmed for shops and the top level for restaurants.
