ECB building in Pointe Blanche is a perfect example of combining office space together with warehouse space. The concept allows the users of this building, the office space and warehouse space apart from each other or combined.

The Sint Rose Arcade located in Frontstreet. Together with the realization of the Board Walk, Sint Rose Arcade was one of the first projects which was standing at the beginning of the re-development of Philipsburg sea side. Captain Hodge Pier after a thorough restructuring this building contains various businesses who welcome our tourist at the Pier in Philipsburg. On top of the building there is a police watch area created to watch over the Board Walk and its guests.
