The organization of Liccom is a very accessible organization. It is not a top-down but a rather flat organization and the Clients, new Clients, Personnel, Suppliers, Subcontractors can always walk in and talk with everyone.

The framework Liccom is operating within is various. The company has the flexibility to adjust itself for small and large projects in variations of new and renovation projects. To provide the market with a new concept Liccom has developed a concept to offer clients design, construct and finance for their projects.

Aside of construction Liccom has also its own yard where all the necessary equipment is available and up to date for use at the various projects.

Today the safety regulations are on a higher level and Liccom participate in this to develop various standard rules and measures within the company to provide in this matter that everybody can work safe at the construction site.
