Hope Estate

After signing the contract with the principal and the moment Liccom had the building permit in their hands the works started rapidly. Excavation for the foundation, establishing the foundation and pouring the ground floor made everything in place to start with the concrete walls and upper floors of the apartments.

Steel wall formwork is used to make the concrete walls. With the long formwork left in the picture the walls in between the apartments including the cantilever are produced. In between the long concrete walls the facades front and back are realized including designed door and window openings.

On the precast yard at the construction site the apartment floor, gallery and balcony slabs are produced. In combination with the steel wall formwork the production of the concrete structure is a clean and swift method to realize these much needed apartments for Sint Maarten.

The project consist out of 3 buildings. All the concrete walls at ground floor level are produced and the steel wall form is at the second level of the first block. The second level of the second block will be poured soon and the precast slabs for the second level of the third block will be placed soon.
