Renovation house at Monte Vista

 

Aside of the larger projects Liccom also work on the “smaller” projects. A house in Monte Vista was totally stripped and only the concrete structure and roof structure with clay tiles was left.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

New in and outside windows & doors with automatic shutters, complete new electrical and plumbing installation, complete new floor and wall tiles, new sanitary items in the various bathrooms, complete new kitchen, walls and ceilings renovated and painted, the complete outside painted, railings etc.

 

 

 

 

 

Where ever you can think of has been done at, in and around this house. Together with the principal materials where chosen to give this house a total new look.

 

When the project is completed looking at this house will be as magnificent as looking over the Caribbean sea from this location.
