The Caravanserai Resort project has finalized the first phase of concrete structures concerning the buildings A&C. The Potain tower crane is successfully relocated to its new position. In front of the cranes new location building D will arise.
This magnificent overview photo provided by HeliPhotoCarib shows the large U-shaped building C with will be the resorts #1 timeshare facility. At the left side of building C building A is located. Building A is one of the full ownership buildings on the project.
Ground works have started for building D in front of the tower crane. Formwork for the foundation is being made and soon the foundations shape will be seen. In the right corner of the photo the last remaining parts of the old building is seen. At this location building E will arise. Both buildings D&E will contain one bedroom and studios in full ownership. Each building will have its own swimming pool.
All separate units will receive the high standard technologies of today to accommodate the users of these units. New swimming pools and infrastructure are also part of this new development at one of the finest locations in Sint Maarten.
