The limited liability company LICCOM (Leeward Island Construction COMpany), established on St. Maarten in 1996, is owned by André Sneep and Henk van den Heuvel.

 

The owners of the company André and Henk both have over 30 years of experience in the general construction field, André as architectural engineer and Henk as site manager. We were involved in various construction projects in Europe and the last 20 years on St. Maarten.
