Liccom is established on St Maarten in 1996. Since the company is established it has worked hard for a respectable reputation. Today the company is lead by André Sneep who is the managing director and gives directions to the office based personnel. From the office the Tenders including the One on One based projects are guided and the project engineering, costs control are established. Project development including finance is one of the newer secured business targets of the company.

Henk van den Heuvel is the project coordinator for projects under construction and responsible that the projects will be constructed accordance the specifications and contract agreements. He gives directions to the project managers and supervisors. Together within this team, the projects are executed to the clients expectations.
